International Goodwill Ambassadors appointed
KDF has appointed International Goodwill Ambassadors for Democracy to carry out activities to promote democracy and peace at a time when international exchange is difficult due to the pandemic from 2021. The International Goodwill Ambassadors for Democracy, composed of 19 civil society activists and researchers from 17 countries in Asia, Canada and Europe, started their activities to promote democracy and democratization movement of Korea. The Goodwill Ambassadors are made up of people who know Korea well and have a high understanding of Korea's democratization movement. The nationalities of the commissioned persons are Canada, Germen, Norway, Asia-pacific, Nepal, Taiwan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines and Timor Leste.

International PPDC
Since 2020, the KDF has been organizing the "Peace and public Diplomacy Corps" program to share the experience of public diplomacy and international cooperation for developing democracy and peace with the youth generation. In 2023, 70 members are participating the PPDC program from five countries, including Japan, Nepal, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Republic of Korea. The participating groups are as follows. KDF (Republic of Korea), JCYCN(Nepal), EYF(Sri Lanka), NPA(Japan), YFP(Cambodia), ARF(Thailand).
Support and international cooperation for overseas democracy
- Supported overseas democracy movements and group activities at home and abroad in Myanmar, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc.

- Sharing information of pro-democracy activities in Asia with 1,100 recipients of civil society activists and experts in 50 Asian countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
